Research
In the first stage of the process we identify and problems or potential pitfalls determine a budget, analyze the market, and anaylze the project. Our commitment is to find the most efficent, cost effective, and practical solutions to achive your mission.
Strategy
Phase 2 is about making a game plan and setting setting the key performance indicators for the project. In this stage we’re also going to start fleshing out ideas with some initial sketches and concepting ideas.
Development
In phase 3 we’re developing the ideas and refining the the initial sketches. At this point, with clarity in the direction, we should have a flow for the project. We’ll revisit the KPI’s and take a look at the timeline for production.
Production
The final phase is production. Once a project is complete, if applicable, we’ll determine maintenance and analytical analysis. Then we rinse and reapeat.
